MyGrant is a highly flexible platform – design your own tool. Before getting started, consider how the system variables and the structure of your organization should be defined. In MyGrant’s settings you can freely define a wide range of variables: funding agency types, expense types, employee types and positions, projects, task statuses, suppliers, business units and subunits. You can choose from all these variables in the system’s dropdown menus when creating applications, grants, employments, transactions etc. In settings, you can also create new users and assign roles and accesses to the predefined business units and subunits. Users can be employed and allocated to grants with available salary funding.

Start-up meeting: We will talk about your needs, organizational structure, number of employees and grants, expense types, etc.

System setup: We will create an account for you according to the agreed settings.

Implementation: Data is transferred into the system (manually and via excel import); you will have the opportunity to buy help from us (alternatively, we recommend student help for a shorter period).

Deployment: We will deploy the system on a 2-hour intro/start-up meeting where all users will have the opportunity to participate.

Support: The mandatory start-up package includes support during implementation; after this, support will be provided by appointment.
