We make it easy for you to keep track of all pre- and post-award activities. You can choose between two subscription solutions, MyGrant BASIC (pre-award) or MyGrant PRO (pre- and post-award), depending on your specific needs.
DOCUMENTS AND REPORTS
Extract your valuable data from the MyGrant platform and use it for strategic management, statistics, or continue working on it.
Data from MyGrant can be exported to Excel or PDF from all modules. You can search and filter on a wide range of parameters before exporting your data. You can also upload and store relevant documents, thus having everything in one place.
ROLE MANAGEMENT
Manage user roles and access rights in MyGrant's role management. You decide what roles and rights are assigned to all the users.
The MyGrant platform operates with five different levels of user roles – basic user, account user and account admin user. You can also differentiate the access further to specific organizational subunits.

MyGrant is a higly flexible platform with a wide range of customizable settings. We offer a complete and personal tool tailored to you and your organization's needs.
Preliminary work is very important prior to setting up your specific MyGrant account. Think about how your organization is structured and who should have access to what. Of course we will assist and support you throughout the startup process.
